Home Buyer Survey
Buying a home is likely to be one of the most expensive purchases you ever make, so you need to know as much as you can about the property before you buy it. During a Home Buyer Survey, Danielle conducts an in-depth visual inspection of the property and provides you with a written report of the property’s condition, and highlights any problems in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
If you’re buying your property with a mortgage, then your mortgage lender may have a survey carried out as part of the mortgage application. This is not a survey, it is a valuation report only and offers you, the buyer, no insight or advice about the condition of the house you are buying.
RPSA members carry out Home Buyer Surveys in accordance with the latest RPSA Survey Inspection & Reporting Standards, which set out the professional standard required for each survey.
